Revamped Car Physics for Sr2

I might consider using this mod in the near future. Since after going back to SR2 today driving feels a bit off

this is the best vehicle handling mod for saints row 2 , underrated AF . the gravity and weight is on point , steering is challenging , things go wrong in wreck less driving unlike the one included in GOTR . so it took The entire Heat level chasing and Replay ability to the next level .
