I have an idea where you play as Dane Vogel or a Masako team member. The story is basically what Vogel talks about in throughout the game , making stiltwater a better place. When you start up Saints Row 2 you should go to Vogel's office (Playing as an Masako Team Member Or Vogel Himself) and get your mission. Now once your Vogel or Masako team member you get a message from Shogo and you 2 work together and bring stiltwater a Brighter Future And Better Day.
