I did this in paint.net real quick

I used to use Paint.Net but lately it's been crashing on me so I use Photoshop. Good pic you got there.

I still think you could just do this and call it a day. It would fit the theme of the texture pack more than anything.

In the post above this one, the clouds were procedural clouds. Now I gotten hold of some perlin noise clouds, the same type that appears in the first Saints Row game.

I finally gotten the clouds finished! Next step, some minor changes.
