Yes the Projects and Red light district is way too brown the reason it turned out that way was when I was trying to retexture the elevated eltrain tracks to the color that was used in SR1 and it affected both the elevated eltrain tracks and the grime on buildings too. I also noticed in the Suburbs district where the ruins of the old freeway are at, it was also brown too. I did managed to change the main water to the identical color like it was in SR1 but could not change the pools found in the Apartments and Airport districts, I think they are shaders and not textures.I've noticed in some areas that it's nothing but brown. Sure, this doesn't affect areas like the suburbs or ultor districts. But the more visited and common areas like the projects and red light district, have been absolutely consumed by the brown atmosphere. Other than that, I like the bright style of it all. One more small detail. The pool in the apartments district in Saints Row 1 was full of muddy, green, gross, water. But it remains unchanged from it's saints row 2 counterpart.
You're welcome, hope you enjoy it.Really nice mod, thank you
