Release v2.06

The program will start even if the mods folder is empty.
Now you can add / remove mod to the mods folder while the program is running.
If you do this, Refresh from the File menu for the changes to take effect.
 
Release version 2.07

Fixed a bug that the original patch.vpp_pc file was not copied automatically in version 2.06.

Recently, I have lost my concentration and tend to make many careless mistakes.
The bug in Version 2.07 is typical. This time, I spent a lot of time testing and eliminating bugs.
