Impossible without mesh and animation tools.

Yeah, if you wanted exactly what was in SR2, the meshes would have to be ported, and then there's the whole dilemma of having products from SR2 in your SR3, if you never owned SR2, and how to keep people who don't own both (should that be the conclusion reached) from using the mod.
Only way is to modify SR3 content to look/act like SR2, and at the moment, 3d model editing has not been made possible (at least publicly, there was 1 thread that seemed to have 2 people who did it, but both accounts are inactive, and the thread's dead, too).
Best you could hope for is a different texture, and behavior (in editing .xtbl's).
I ment like you know how the other guns look like in sr3, i would like they would be different guns and would have different damage but have the same animations as the other guns. i hope that made seince Sorry for the bad spelling, i was in a rush
