So do I need to stay up all night, or should I go to sleep and wait until around 12pm?
 
Summer Game Fest starts in 12 hours from now so the demo will prolly be availalbe in 12 hours too (after they announce it)

So 24 hours from then, would be 12am Friday Morning for me.
 
No, It will be in 18 hours so take your current time and add 18 to it. It will be Thursday, 7pm in England

It was 01:30am in my time at that post. So 12 hours from that will be 13:30pm.

But my confusion was from you saying the live event is in 12 hours, then they'll release the demo 12 hours from that.

17 hours from 01:30 will be 18:30
