You've really been out of the loop. THQ was forced to auction off all their assets piecemeal, and Volition plus the Saints Row franchise were sold to Koch Media. You may better recognize them by Deep Silver; the name of their publishing arm. Deep Silver has released Dead Island, among others.

I hope the map is bigger then just steel port, from the trailer all I see is steel port, new game or not.....it would be ridiculous to be stuck in steel port again.
 
Looks like they named the expansion into saints row iv ... same saints row the third graphics and also noticed the same cars ... hope they dont price it higher than 20$.....
