Saints row 4 props

I'd suggest a little overclocking. I have an Ancient lap top that I over clocked to play SR 3 on when I'm out and about. Mainly understand that resolution is the number one killer. 1680x1050 is just way to high for your card. Try 1280x720 or the equivelant for your screen. You'll see a major FPS leap and be able to boost other settings. I've found everything else doesn't matter as much.

Though research plenty if you do overclock. It's the cheapest way to gain performance......unless you fry your rig.

I NEVER sacrifice resolution for the sake of other graphical settings; only if fps is stupid low

I can play saints row perfectly with 15fps no lag but i just wanted to get more fps around 30

I completely agree with this in that it doesnt 'lag' at 15 fps but obviously smoother is better

Then your lucky and what do you mean by % like how much of your Graphics memory your using?, Nvidia are well known for having ishues with over heating, they evan messed up once and had to ask people to remove certain drivers as they messed the fans up and loads of peoples cards overheated to point where they didnt work

and I tend to run my PC on near enuf maxxing out,I keep shit like PS and Gimp running at all times with some times like up to 60 windows running in each, and If im not playing games im watching Blue rays, my PC must hate me so much it takes a bashing

any way this is getting a bit off topic now we are just talking about PC's, insted of how this guy can get his game to run beter so this is going to be my last post unless some one has somthing on topic to say :)

Edit: forgot to say earlyr if you run Vsync if you have overheat ishues helps alot

I run BOINC on my machine when I am not playing games, it utilizes the GPU's to crunch work.

I have 8 cores so the cores aint an ishue for me, but like you I have a Nvidia Graphics card and they tend to overheat If im playing realy heavy GPU games I slam a tower fan next to my PC with the case open works like a charm :p
I only have like 1.5GB card and I find thats not enuf these days with the games that are coming out

if you have the money and spare slot on MB id deffo recomend doubling up on cards and running them in SLI, as you can get to realy cheap cards to run the same as a decent high end

I cant wait for Steam box tbh so devs can start finaly programing for set hardware as thats a massive ishue with PC games

and glad I could help you should also try a game booster http://www.razerzone.com/gb-en/gamebooster
gota love Razer ;D

You should try the options I sujested they should work just fine to get your game working beter if you done all of them you could prob double your current FPS

I redownloaded Razor GameBooster and found out that it actually looked a lot different and gave me around 28-32fps thanks! :D
