Okay, I'm fairly sure this would be impossible but if it is then someone PLEASE make one. Or maybe if IdolNinja is reading this perhaps he could add it to Sandbox+? I'm guessing not but I guess there's no problem in asking.

It's likely not possible until we get the SDK for SR3 at least, and possibly not until we get the SR4 SDK as well.

AMEN! I would love to be able to port the powers from SR4 to SR3, as well as the weapons and clothing! Although, you know what would really be awesome? If someone took SR3 and SR4 and combined them. Sort of like Tale of Two Wastelands in Fallout 3 and Fallout NV. You'd basically play through SR3, and into SR4 with no gap. It would take a lot of work to do something like that though.
It was originally going to be a DLC for SRtT and it really should've been.
Because its obviously not the same game. That's like saying if I have a blue Toyota and a red Lexus, and I paint the Lexus blue its now a Toyota.

It's more like owning a Mustang and wanting to put a Camaro engine in it. Save yourself the headache (as well as the problems it would inevitably cause) and just buy a Camaro.
