Quick question: I installed everything properly in my Saints Row 3 root file and the cache and everything and the game runs ok but is my character supposed to run super fast? I noticed that when I sprint my character sprints like 2x times faster and I just wanted to check to make sure I didn't do anything wrong.

1) Open tweak_table.xtbl 2) find : <Tweak_Table_Entry><Name>Player_max_run_speed</Name><Value>10?</Value><Description>Max run speed for the player.</Description><_Editor><Category>Entries:Movement</Category></_Editor></Tweak_Table_Entry> 3) change ? to 5, or just delete this file, done. I hope this solves your problem.
