Description:

Just trying to make SRTT more enjoyable for myself. I get bored with the Syndicate fairly quickly when playing through the game.

In this version, King saw the threat the Saints were becoming and took the Vice Kings to Steelport to rebuild his empire. He managed to recruit the Brotherhood, Samedi, and Ronin into his empire before they headed to Stilwater. With 4 Gangs and an entire city under his control, he decided to head back to Stilwater and challenge the Saints for the throne of Stilwater.

Meanwhile, Playa and Gat bust Julius out of jail. Julius decided to lay low and let Playa take over the Saints.

Lin successfully helped the Saints defeat the Rollerz, making Donnie leave Stilwater to make a fresh start.

Aisha had already faked her death, but with the VKs gone, she rebooted her singing career.

After defeating the Carnales, Dex just disappeared and was never seen again (Unless there's an existing model of him somewhere that someone can port into this game over Roland/Lucas)

Troy became Chief of Police after exposing Monroe's corruptness... But ironically became corrupt himself and allied the Stilwater PD with the Saints.

Shaundi and Pierce joined the Saints after their takeover of the Ultor Clothing Company. And Shaundi developed a relationship with Playa.

Playa wanted to take the Saints to new heights, so he decided to train up a new protégé to take over the Stilwater chain.

After the bank heist and plane ordeal, where Playa gets killed by King, the New Boss decides to put Lin undercover in the Syndicate (Off screen of course).

When recruiting new Saints to help fight the Vice Kings, Kinzie tells the Boss about a VK member named Levar who crossed a line that got him locked up by the Winters Sisters. And informs them that Donnie is also in Steelport, but is having trouble with the Brotherhood.

All these character models are replaced in Gameplay, Cutscenes, & Gang Customization... And they're replaced as Homies too.

And when unlocking the SOS, Ronin, and Brotherhood in Gang Customization, they'd keep their respective gang colours instead of turning purple.

It would be nice if the gang vehicles could have the colours that match the gangs. So the Morningstar Vehicles would be green for the Sons of Samedi, the Deckers Vehicles would be yellow for the Ronin, and the Luchadores Vehicles would be red for the Brotherhood. But I'm not sure if that's possible.

If anyone is willing to make this mod, then I thank you in advance. If not, then I'll have to figure out how to mod SRTT and get the character models from SRIV... I hope it's not too difficult.

I'll start with The Ronin Akujis model in SR4 looks bad but we can still add it XD I don't know how to add a colors to cars other than purple,red, blue and black. Which cars and bikes they arrive in?
 
Haven't found a Specialist yet, but the Ronin I found at the Gang Op looked great.

For Kazuo, unfortunately that is the only model of him. He may not look great, but it's still obvious who it's meant to be.

Once I'm far enough into the game, I'll see what happens when a Specialist appears.

As for the Ronin Vehicles, I'd go with the Wakazashi, Kaneda, and Kenshin.

I guess having the Ronin and Samedi Vehicles be black wouldn't be so bad. The Brotherhood Trucks can still be red. Because the Vice Kings Syndicate didn't really start falling apart until Maero killed Tanya's Twin.

The Samedi would drive Churchills, Justices, and Status Quos.

The Brotherhood would drive Compensators, Bulldogs, and Alaskans.

Ah. I now see the invisible enemies problem... Not really sure what to say about that.
If it also occurs with the Brotherhood and Samedi, then we'll just have to say that the Vice Kings invented an "active camo" device. It certainly made fighting the Ronin interesting, but overall this is probably going to be a problem.

Also I went back to that Gang Op and for some strange reason, all the enemies were Lin... I intended for her to infiltrate the Ronin, not take over the Ronin, but I guess that's up to the RNG gods for how often she spawns with them.

Use Sandbox Mod and activate notoriety E + Right arrow key. At Level 3 the specialist appears and found a temporary fix for the specialist causing invisible enemies by making Jyunichi the specialist also added Bike "Kaneda" for enemies but still can't make them yellow. I only edit notoriety 2 and nothing above yet. Test it out and do we need more enemies to spawn or quicker spawn times? Remove Brutes and add more enemies or specialists? This is only for the Ronin gang after it seems ok we move to the next gang. Here's an updated pack:
Place everything in you're main Sr3 directory.
Remove: deckers_female_grace.str2_pc and deckers_female_grace_high.str2_pc if you added it.
deckers_female_grace was causing errors remove both
Don't forget to use the ASM updater tool to Update the ASM files.
Update_ASM_Files - after REMOVAL of a mod file (after removing Both deckers_female_grace)
Update_ASM_Files - after ADDITION or CHANGE of a mod file (then this to update)
I know you know this but incase other people want to try this mod out or feed back

Disappointing, but I guess it gives Jyunichi a higher rank and more prominent role.
also added Bike "Kaneda" for enemies but still can't make them yellow. I only edit notoriety 2 and nothing above yet.
I mentioned above that the Ronin and Samedi Vehicles are fine in black to signify their loyalty to the VK Syndicate.
Test it out and do we need more enemies to spawn or quicker spawn times? Remove Brutes and add more enemies or specialists? This is only for the Ronin gang after it seems ok we move to the next gang.
If Brutes are indeed removable, that would be greatly appreciated. If for Mission purposes there needs to be a replacement, could you use the VKs there?

It did seem as though it was taking a little to long between enemy spawns during Level 2 Notoriety. Then again, it's always been that way for me in the default game.

Think I understand. I'll update this post after I see the results.

Also, this is currently the only mod I have installed, because I had to reset my game and remove all mods to fix the fact that the game simply wouldn't load.

Update:
Ok. I'm actually really loving Jyunichi being the Specialist. It actually feels right. And the Ronin having those blades is actually something I was hoping was possible. This is really shaping up nicely. You are amazing.

No luck on the Kaneda though. It didn't seem to spawn at all. The Ronin seemed to stick to the Solar and Kayak. I didn't get to a high enough Notoriety to see if the Criminal was replaced with the Kaneda, but for the gang itself, it fits so naturally that I'm actually excited to play SRTT for the first time in years.

Just loaded the game up again and the Kaneda did spawn in at Level 2.

Side Note:
This works well for just one gang, but can Lin be added to the Brotherhood, Samedi, and Saints without any issues?

Though I guess adding her to the Saints would be pretty pointless if she gets unlocked in Gang Customization along with the Brotherhood, Ronin, and Samedi.

I guess this also means we'll have to have Mr. Sunshine as the Samedi Specialist if the VKs are causing issues?

I removed the brutes from the Ronin gang (notoriety) increased spawns removed Lin (can't change the colors) still purple. Some vehicles had issues (cause I'm not sure what i'm doing) so I added Torch car and Solar with random colors :( I think this is ready to be added in the Mods in progress section I'll add the to do list and credit to you. I've updated some more stuff and I was thinking maybe the Samedi at level 4 can spawn in a bus it spawns 12 npcs everytime can have up to 30 stoners on screen or more XD

Oops. I wasn't too bothered about her being purple, I just wanted to know if it was possible to change the colours. If it's not too much trouble, please could you add her back? Sorry for the misunderstanding.
Some vehicles had issues (cause I'm not sure what i'm doing) so I added Torch car and Solar with random colors :(
Vehicles aren't a major issue if it's not something you know how to do yet.

Sounds like a plan. That many Sons Of Samedi would really bring back memories of defending the Saints Hideout while completely high.
