I dunno why but the issue has been solved after I updated my BIOS 3204 to 4403 (Asus Rampage Formula IV)

Hey, good deal on finding a fix.
A happy ending is a good ending.

It was probably some bios microcode that the USA NSA/ Israeli Mossad / Chinese MSS / Russian FSB or some combo thereof had to update
as it was causing issues possibly unrelated to the one you had. Maybe.
