Hey the:
F + INSERT - Activate 2D Sidescroller animations
F + HOME - Activate streaking animations
and
F + PAGE UP - Activate murderbot animations
Do not work. Any idea what's going on (maybe I did something wrong). tell me how to make them work. Thanks

I think he started on those but hasn't managed to get the animations to work properly yet, apparently the Sidescroller animations are buggy because the keybindings won't change to the Saints Of Rage controls.

Then again, I have no idea, this is just guessing based on his posts.

It sounds like you didn't extract the files to the right locations, especially preload_anim.vpp_pc which needs to go in your \cache folder. Double check the readme and that you put all the files in the right place.

There's no Status Quo limousine in SR4 anymore.
