Sandbox+ for SRTT

For some reason I cant use any of the numpad buttons such as end or insert is that happening to anybody else and if so could I have some help on how to fix it
 
I am a non-English speaking gamer. I installed mode through translator, but what is the first and second key? I surfed the web for 10 hours but could not find an answer.
Many people are in the same problem as me.
 
i think it might be ctrl + semi colon to get the decker specialist animations but when i did that it didn't work do i have to do something in the games setting or not what do i do also how do i get the saints hero gang plus one mod and extended taunts mod to work ? please help me thanks
 
The first and second keys did not mean to activate the sandbox. (Just like turning the power on and off)

It meant using certain features of the sandbox. (Teleport, cut-scene reproduction, etc.)

Youtube and many gamers say, "What's the first key and the second key?" The reason I asked the question was that I was mistaken as I was.

But the sandbox still does not work. Does it work only in English version language?
My Sains Row 3 is a Korean version. To activate sandbox mode for more than 20 hours
I tried but failed. I was very tired.
 
Is there no hotkey combination for Hangar 18 1/2? Its the movie studio from the gangtas in space dlc mission. You can get there via glitch but a teleport would be much easier.
 
Hey, I cannot use some of the cheats (I.e Team change) because I've got PgDn etc on numpad, also on the arrows (Upper , down , left, right) but I tried it and arrows work only as arrows :/ How can I change the key binds for this mod?
