SDK released yet?

Is it actually released and in the hands on modders so the good mods are being produced? As I havnt noticed it about..
 
Ah they a bit slow on it arent they? They said they ill have it out before SR IV so people can be used to it and have mods ready for the release of SR IV day 1.. So much for that.. One lie usually leads to another with big companys..
 
You have to know that they are working on modding tools on their free time. Just have patience.

Creation Kit for Skyrim was also waaay delayed. And that was with full time job programmers.

The tools for SRIV are out. I was very clear when I announced that we would have basic alpha tools for IV on launch that were similar to our current SRTT tools. That's exactly what happened.

Take a look at the Release schedule I linked earlier in the thread. That should give you an idea of what to expect.
 
Maybe this is a noob question but will i need formal programing skills to use the SDK. There is so much i want to fix in SR IV.
