Can anyone make a mod where the space suit that you wear is all the way zipped down? I understand if this is an unusual request but i'd like it if my character looked something like this:

That is professional program for making 3d cloth with paid subscripton. 60$ per mouth for personal use.
What if he also lacks money? 60$ is no joke. Also, is that tool available in Europe?
Yeah this tool available everywhere even on Steam, stand-alone for 163$. IMHO this tool too much powerful for the SR engine. This suit can be made by using more simple 3d editors.
What would you recommend to someone who's willing to learn?
