Sorry if it's been answered, I tried searching the 100 pages of replies for something specific to my problem:

I have a steam copy (Game of the Century Edition, with all the DLC and whatnot) and I copied all of the contents in <files> to <.../Saints Row IV> directory, but only the weapons are showing up, no cheats, vehicles, or anything else.

What am I doing wrong?

I've was used your mods on the friend's copy of SR IV and SR GooH. I've purchased Saint Row Century Edition bundle including both Saints Row IV and Gat Out Of Hell games a few days ago. So I wanted to ask you: can you make separate mod that reenables many of SRIV's disabled power upgrades? You can check them in the beatiful purple SaintRow Wikia here: http://saintsrow.wikia.com/wiki/Super_Power_Upgrades (scroll down to the part of table titled "Disabled"). I'm wonder if you can make these back available and usable in the game? Here is the list written in bolded font of disabled upgrades (they cannot be purchased or activated at all without any kind of mod), as I think the most useful are ones (and I want available) that are marked in my list in purple text color instead in plain black text:

I think some of them were disabled because they were made redundant by the ones they kept. Although, making the Wardens a bit easier would've been nice

Well, most of those upgrades make the game even easier and, let's face it, Saints Row IV is quite easy already. And even if I wanted to restore some of them in Expanded Arsenal Mod, there's a different problem - I've already reached the limit of 'unlockables.xtbl' file so I cannot add any new entries without removing something (or waiting for modding patch to get rid of this limit). Also, we cannot add new clusters to the inventory so I'd have to keep all those upgrades in a regular "Upgrades" menu instead of a proper "Powers" one. That's the way I had to add new superpower upgrades in Gat Out Of Hell version but that game is an awful mess anyway, I'd prefer not to do such disorder in Saints Row IV.

I'd be able to do your request in a separate mod but keep in mind that it won't be compatible with Expanded Arsenal Mod and all new superpower upgrades will be stored in a different menu than regular ones (you'll have to pay for them in cache too). I'm also unsure if there will be enough space to put all those purple upgrades even after getting rid of Expanded Arsenal Mod stuff but I might try. I'll get to it on holiday if you want.
 
Thanks you! I think some of other players might like this too... I'm surprised by fact there was no any mention about these upgrades (I might be wrong about this though). I just like only Easy (mostly) / Normal difficulty gaming (playing games in Hard / Very Hard difficulty is just not my style). :) I think however you might be better do not add immunity damage to bullets though because I think those health pickips will become pretty useless. Also, can you make in addition upgrades:

1. Upgrade making notoriety do always start decreasing no matter if you're in sight of Zinyak or not, aka losing do not get interrupted if a new Zinyak aliens come or respawn near you, also once the notoriety meter starts counting down, it do not stop until you lose all current notoriety you're gained, unless you attack anyone (either civilians, ZPD or Zins), like in Saints Row 2 / Saints Row The Third.
2. Upgrades reducing the minimum required height from the ground for doing successful Death From Above attack.

Edit: I've edited the list in the original post and removed purple text from few of upgrades I think are no need to be included.

You can release this as a new mod if you had ran out upgrade place in your mod. Also you can make only upgrades in my list I've marked in purple text color, as others (in plain text color) I think are not necessary really. ;) Fact the new mod will not be compatible isn't really problem for me. :) :D

I have found out that if installing this I cannot play with friends if they try or I try to connect they crash instantly and I'm kicked back to lobby

It's a known issue but I have no idea what's wrong. I'll try my best to find the cause but will take a longer while.
Well, I don't know why, but the "noglitchcity" cheat doesn't work. Whenever I try to input it, it says that the cheat doesn't exist
I removed it to make some space for new cheats. If you'd like to get rid of the glitch effect permanently, open 'tweak_tables.xtbl' file, find 'Glitch_effect_lifetime' line and change the value to 0. You can also install my Sandbox+, which allows you to toggle glitch effect while playing via hotkey (I disabled it by default - if you'd like to have it enabled after launching the game, open 'sr3_city.lua' file provided in the archive and switch GLITCH variable to true).

I guess I'll have to download Sandbox+, because I've already tried changing that value in the tweak table and the game crashes on startup
