SilverLink cheats...and SilverLink in general.

I've been meaning to ask this a while now.

WHAT in god's name IS this Silver Link?
And how do you enable/unlock the following
cheats, ie; goldengun, notrated & slowmo?

Is this Silver Link thing on another site,
and/or like SaintsRow.com, do you have
to register yourself along with your Steam username,
Xbox & PSN gamertags?

Coz I am seriously goin' insane over it, and not in a good way.

Answers anyone?

As I posted in the additional cheats thread: I hope "Silverlink" cheats isn't exclusive DLC tied to some sort of bullshit proprietary Deep Silver DRM and digital distribution scheme like Origin or Uplay. I'm really sick of publishers pulling this kind of stuff.

Well, that pack did just a tad more than just cheats I think, but yeah, I agree it's pretty petty for what we paid for the game itself.
