Im pretty sure i've checked one of every store. Is there such thing as having different items at specific stores?
Also could it be you must be at a certain point of the game? Im still at the first few levels
 
you should add the clothes shop name in every picture so it is easy to see in what store it is

btw i think that some outfits werent working for me cuz i had polish game version and the files are for english version
but i dont have saints row 3 anymore
and my saints row 4 broke (yes -_-)

and what custmesh it replaces?

and can you create a tutorial or something how to put npc clothings on boss?
i was trying nearly everything but idk how to do it
and i want to make some custom outfits :D

So here's some news :
I got to make it work by the removing some outfits from the game but strangely, the shops won't work anymore .
If I can't make the shops working, I'll include a command .

i was trying to use you shaundi suit in saints row 4 but no luck
it is dissapearing and when i change the outfit i still have the same outfit that i had before
