Snipe's Unlocked Temporary Weapons Permanently Mod

I think I've found an error... The mod works fine, but the shock hammer disappears after 10 uses.

The Shock Hammer disappearing after 10 "special" uses is default behavior. If you just swing it like a baseball bat, you can hold it forever.

You will have unlimited use of shock attack and you wil even be able to damage tanks with the shock. note that the swing won't do any damage to tanks.
 
Just a heads up that there appears to be a compatibility issue with 'Saints Row: The Third - The Full Package'. I've successfully used your mod before, but I've recently bought 'The Full Package' because I wanted the 'Gangs of Steelport' content (waste of money btw, the female outfits look horrible) and there's some obscure laser gun thing from 'Saints in Space' (I presume, haven't played that content yet) showing up in the weapons cache and causing a game freeze. I'm going to try to resolve this for all the Full Package users. :)
Because your mod rocks and why can't the Saints have specialists, and ... I want to use that shock hammer! And sword! =P

Edit: After taking a closer look at it, it seems the TOGO sniper rifle's icon is somehow replaced by the Laser Gun (or Sonic Gun, haven't played that content yet, my apologies) in the Crib Weapon Cache, and the game will freeze/crash when you select it.

Yeah the laser weapon in the lower left corner crashes the game. Which is the laser pistol.

The mini-gun doesn't seem to have any ammo? So it is pretty useless... Would kinda have liked to be able to use it.

I use the shock hammer for now.
