Some problems about my Mod

I'm making a mod that you have STAG homies,I want to change the name in the phone,how could I do?

Im pretty sure you can only use preseted names and descriptions for homies. When you are looking at the entry, you can see there is an entry <display name> That is where it is decided. Something you can do is mix it up to make it uniqu. ( For example make the name saints backup, but use the image from notoriety wipe(the shield) and that will help you figure out what is what

Uh…I have a another problem,when I play your mod(VTOL air support),I think(wow,cool.)then I want to make a attack helicopter,but I dont know how to make one,although I add a line called(attack heli),it still doesn't work,how did you make it?

You can actually edit strings by extracting misc.vpp_pc, using Minimaul's tools to extract .le_strings files, edit them and repack them .
