speed up of walking a bit?

Hello modder. Am just wanna more enjoyable in playing. So i likes walking when i wanna want to walk, but walking of the character is just likes walking in a slow motion. So is there a mod to speed up a litle bit of how the character walking?

A random archive called "Saints Row Mods" needs more description on what it is....

Especially if it's coming from a random site rather than here.
 
The problem with something like this is that we have no idea who the creator is, or if he would even allow us to have it here on this site. You can't just upload or link to a mod like this without any kind of info.
