* If you want to use Powertools then you need to buy SR2 on Steam. There is no way around this.
* I can't help you with Cheat Engine.
* Asking for help without giving any details isn't going to lead anywhere

Sorry about that, Saints Row 2 crashes everytime I check the "enable speedhack" stuff.
