Glad you like the character and no, i used camera tool with few texture/graphics mods on them, some i used the cutscenes.

By Image As Designed I meant plastic surgery settings like Mouth width and other facial details.

About the facial details and mouth width, i just used the normal caucasian (without changes on the mouth, nose, etc). Just a different eyebrows with different skin color, beard and hair style. The hair color i used a mod
