Wow, that hairstyle is in the game!? I've rarely seen it in media in general. That's pretty epic~

I’m like 99% sure it’s a Gentlemen of the Row addition, it actually surprised me when I tried to recreate the character on XboxOne and couldn’t find it. Really appreciate what modders have done to expand the customization so much!
