I notice that even though I have motion blur turned off in the game, I still get it when using the games 'High' video settings. I also get a lot of bloom. Is there any way to edit the games settings file? All I can find is a settings.dat file. Once again, appreciate any help anyone here can give me.

I've messed with ENB, but i'll admit i'm not good with adjusting the settings. I hate the haze Volition used, as well as the fact everything seems overbright at times. The way lighting works is weird, too. I guess i'm just trying to minimize some effects while making the game look good AND run well. it runs decently enough now, it's just too bright. Thanks for answering my post ^_^
