Based on the description, it should work similarly to Minimaul's Stream2Update tool. If the same ".asm_pc" file exists in two (or more) mods, this should update that file so both mods can be used together. It does not merge any files other than ".asm_pc" files, and it only works with the specific ".asm_pc" files listed.
