SR4 Hexedit the Outfits?

Hey all,

I played Saints Row 4 on Xbox360 before and with the inauguration station i was able to get some "locked"
clothings like the "Skirt with Leggings".

Now i sold my xbox360 and moved over to the pc and now since the inauguration station seems to be down
i am wondering how i can edit the warderobe with an hexeditor? I want to get back the Skirt with Leggings
without installing any mods, is this possible?

If yes, can anybody tell me the hexvalue of the item - or where i can find it?

You can't without mods . And why not without mods ? There so many great mods here !

i know, but i want to avoid mods atm because im not sure if it will break coop gameplay with other people.
I have the Game of the Century edition on PC, when i played on Xbox360 with the normal version it was possible to grab
some cut clothings from the Inauguration Station without any mods and save them as outfits.

EDIT: it seems like i found where and how it gets saved, but i think theres some kind
of checksum involved. Each items seems to be the hex value of the "str2_pc" file.

I wonder why nobody has made an PC Save Editor for SR4 yet.

Most likely the "CrcVolition()" function.
