Edit sounds_common.vpp_pc and soundboot.vpp_pc

No matter how to edit it radio stations. No change in sounds!

Where is the problem? Don't support the editor?

radio_four20_media.bnk_pc
radio_klassic_media.bnk_pc
radio_newscasts_media.bnk_pc
radio_genx_media.bnk_pc
Include other bnk_pc ……
Or the original sounds. No change
