Is this strictly related to NG consoles? I saw a post stating better textures by UncleSam on steam forum. I just wanted to clarify if this was coming to PC as an update or a version with better graphics that we have to repurchase?
 
I also were thinking about that, but I do think that it would be a total ripoff if they make us buy the game again.

If it comes to PC, V will either publish it via DLC or as free update.
 
I have a feeling it won't be any different then the previous gen consoles and pc version of sr4 but if so give us a free update for us pc gamers.
 
There are no plans to do a PC version of Re-elected, or an update. I would say that Re-elected simply puts the PS4 and Xbox One versions on par with the original PC release.
