Not to mention the characters with maxed out boob sliders look completely wrong.

It definitely looks wrong. Large breasts tend to sag.
Anyways, to be on-topic, since there are people that like the old boss' behaviour, but also people that like the new boss' behaviour, I don't see a reason for Volition to not take what they're doing with Gat Out of Hell into SRV. But with customizable characters (including gender) and all and any kind of customization. 2 garages, 2 wardrobes, 2 weapon caches, 2 bank accounts, etc. Would be awesome to have 2 bosses, like the Saints split up into 2 factions. I would love to see what kind of beginning they can get with something like this.

Take customization a step further by customizing the player's personality. So you can choose wether you want to play as a sociopath or a softer but still violent version of the Boss. The Boss would make different decisions which alter the storyline aswell.

Another idea, implement shoulder camera switching and force it by making it so that bullets hit geometry if the barrel of your gun is clipping through it.

I noticed an easter egg of sorts while assing around in SR4. Once you enter the open world head to Kinzies Warehouse make sure you have the McManus sniper rifle equiped. Once that's done head to the second floor of the Warehouse. You should see a room on the left that's extremely messy and has a bunch of toppled over servers as well as some newspaper clippings. Zoom in on the clippings and there will be quite a few that talk about Ultor. My best guess is that SR5 could have Ultor return as the main antagonists.

And the main Ultor branch had already moved to the Zin homeworld & it was uncovered that they made a deal with the Zin & agreed to let Zinyak destroy it in exchange for a new planet where Ultor would control everything under the Ultor empire.

That doesn't fit with the current story canon.

Earth was destroyed because The Boss escaped and was trying to get back to Earth despite multiple warnings from Zinyak. Zinyak never lied about anything and his enormous ego made him boast about everything he was doing.
