Well to be fair unlike Overkill Volition seems to listen to at least some of the ideas from the fans. Most notably the huge amount of fanservice to SR1 and SR2 in SR4.Makes you wonder if Volition actually looks at threads like this, doesn't it?
They should just hire everyone in this thread as their creative team.
Also a choice, either a weapon skin or colourable areas a la car panels.Non-linear weapon upgrade paths could be something practical and easy to do.
I don't think GooH was canon was it? The Saints were still in their ship, in their suits, remember? In the true ending to SR4 the Saints get that time machine, which I don't think they would just put off using for no reason so...Continue with the super abilities, follow Gat out of Hell & make the SaintsRow series the new Darksiders.
Rumor is that Volition is taking a short break from Saints Row to develop a new IP.I'm probably late to the party but is SR5 essentially confirmed?
Huge amount of fan service? All they did was throw in some old characters and some older cars. Not sure how that's huge.Well to be fair unlike Overkill Volition seems to listen to at least some of the ideas from the fans. Most notably the huge amount of fanservice to SR1 and SR2 in SR4.
I think graphical realism is a very important element of open world games because it makes the game more believable and immersive. It is the canvas upon which the story and the world is painted. To me, graphical realism is a big selling point, and it greatly increases my enjoyment of the game. The more realistic the better!I hope not because that's unimaginative, why go with the realistic grounded approach every other developer is going with.
I honestly don't think realistic grounded games are as popular as they are the large majority in the market.
Kinda hard to choose anything else when the options are slim.
AWESOME another realistic grounded game, YAY........why rush to buy it when i can wait for a price drop.
Realism is a gaming industry trend i want it to end soon.
