Stilwater in SRTT/SRTTR?

Basically, I'm just wondering if there was a way to open up the game and reshape Steelport into Stilwater.

So using only assets from SRTT/R (but maybe with some retextures), would it be possible to recreate SR2's Stilwater in place of Steelport? Or even alongside Steelport, if there's room?

I know that Saints Row Moneyshot was to take place in Stilwater and it had the graphics of SRTT but that is it.

Seeing the joe cole on it doubt its stilwater it could be Steelport doesnt make sense why would dex hiding in Stilwater when he flying with his plane... going back to stilwater would let the boss track him so easily..those place also dont look like Stilwater at all

Well, there’s actually no possible way to do that, there’s not even a way to port SRTTs map to SR4, we don’t have a map editor which is the first thing you’d need and we don’t even have a way to port the map’s model over
