Steam
1. Go to https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1416553703
2. Press big green button "Subscribe"
3. Wait for the mod to complete downloading
4. Launch the game

GoG
1. Download stilswim.vpp_pc file
2. Place stilswim.vpp_pc file to Saints Row 4\mods folder (if you don't have mods folder, create it)
3. Launch the game

cant find the outfit in any store, I already make the "mod" folder, placing the mod on the usual .vpp_pc as well, but still doesnt working, any help?

What version of the game do you have? Steam, GoG,...? Also make sure you installed it properly and of course you need to buy the item in any clothing store
