100% confirmed no longer working on current vanilla Steam version. Instantly crashes after startup intros.

[EDIT] I could have sworn I read somewhere that this was for the current Steam version.
Please update the original post with a disclaimer that it is NOT for the vanilla version of Steam! Legacy version ONLY.
Not a single mention of switching to the legacy version anywhere in this entire thread.

What does this mean and how can I fix it? Im crashing a lot when doing things like trying to save or starting a mission, im assuming this is the cause.

A hunch is unfortunately, save files made between the two versions do not play well with each other and thus you would need to try starting a new save

Well thats unfortunate. I cant get the skip prologue missions prompt to appear either, do you have a legacy save thats finished?

Am I missing something with the "Do not allow missions to change clothes" feature?
I have it changed to "false", but Asha's rescue mission and Ben's loyalty mission still changes my clothes.
What exactly does this affect?
