Swap Pierces Model?

I'll give that a go.
Cool. Just extract the textures with gibbed tools and sr3 texture extracter. Export the .dds file with gimp 2.8 as png image(free software)
Modify the png image any way you like with windows paint(or other desired program like photoshop)
Then export as .dds format with gimp with dxt1 format
Use gibbed tools to repack the image then repack the str2_pc file and update the character containers.

Hello. Just for clarification of this thread, could this be done in reverse order? I mean I would like to put Pierces' texture model on a beat cop npc so that Pierce becomes a plainclothes cop. Is this possible? And if it is possible, I would not want multiple "Pierce" cops spawning everywhere in Steelport, so is it possible to spawn that particular undercover npc to just 1 and place it near the Steelport police station to spawn?
