Could someone please combine the Team Morningstar Character.xtbl with the Notoriety adjustments Character.xtbl? Or is there a way I could do it myself?
Use WinMerge. Just put both .xtbl files inside and click on compare. You'll see all the differences between the two files. Then you can just put the changes from one onto the other to create yourself a personalized .xtbl file.
