I downloaded it for free, as it is free, and I have no new items. Is it a glitch or not? I'm guessing I'm being a noob as usual:p

I think it's because we had mods installed? Possibly so. Or maybe there's a delay because so many people are getting it? I mean, it is a free DLC.
 
your not the only ones. checked a thread on the steam forums. big v is working on it. >.<
also, i noticed upon saving my 100% went down to 99%
 
@smashbro596 Ooh. Wonder what that means? Possibly there might be more than 2 DLC's in SR4. Only a guess though - Or maybe not, I mean, ETD didn't give me any more %'s (or whatever you call them:p) Or, it could be the new patch release bugging out, but I don't see why it would go down to 99.
 
We're aware of it and working on getting fix out asap.

checked the map. turns out there may have been new collectibles added. but..... probably a bug
