The Renegade into Mk 23

Can the renegade costume for Quickshot pistol be converted to Mk 23? I think it just looks shitty and I have always like Mk 23 ever since I spent days playing MGS for PS1. (I know it is not the only game that featured Mk 23)

I'd like it very much if it's possible.

More like the police pistol with the silencer in SR:TT?

I think this one would be easier, since it was in the previous game and I think it might be left inside the game's files or something. If it isn't, probably not possible until the SDK release, until then, I really want to like the quickshot too, but it just looks like a kiddie toy gun.
