No as far as I know. I guess we'll have to wait untill the full relase of SDK.

Some time ago IdolNinja have been doing a mod which would completely replace CheapyD with Johnny Gat (including voice lines) but he abandoned this project.
Oh, by the way, Johnny Gat's lines in the first mission are scripted so they wouldn't work in the free roam.

Wow thats great, but it's a shame he didn't continue it, but at least we have this mod

Whenever I install the mod, I call up Josh and he looks nothing like Gat (I'm new to modding). Can somebody please help me?
