Remove the following files:
- default_district.xtbl
- rain.xtbl
- skybox_effects.xtbl
- weather.xtbl
Simply remove 'player_creation.xtbl' file.

Just please note that removing those weather files might break time of day commands from my version of Sandbox+.

Appreciate this mod greatly, saves a lot of time having so much in one pack. Question though, what would be the correct procedure to modify the "Shiny Clothes" mod? I really just want to change 1 item of clothing, would it make sense to use the uninstaller for Shiny Clothes then reinstall the mod manually?
In this case simply replace files with your custom ones and then launch Stream2Update tool from Minimaul's Saints Row toolset. Just make sure to extract the archive before you run it.
