You don't even have to move Stream2Update anywhere - simply extract the archive, launch it and it should detect your game directory automatically. It'll check your STR2_PC packages and update all ASM_PC files for you. :)
 
Thanks again, got that stuff sorted. Another question for you, is the Silenced Pistol supposed to have a unique look? Currently it's using the same model as "The Captain" for the heavy pistol. Just want to check if that's intentional or if I've bungled something.

Unfortunately, all weapons added in Expanded Arsenal Mod recycle already existing assets. There's no way to add new models without modding patch and it's still in closed beta stage.
 
I recently grabbed this mod and have been enjoying it, but I've hit a huge problem: In the mission Emergency Situation/A Game of Clones when I toss the clones through the portal the game will shut down and restart every time.

I've had this happen a few times with other missions. Most notably is the Mayhem next to the Broken Shillelagh where you use the black hole gun; the restart happens at the end of the mission before you get the results of your rampage. It happens if the activity is played after doing other activities but not if it is the first one tried, but additional attempts will allow it to advance normally. I've had this problem with The Boss Goes to Washington/The Saints Flow as well, though I sometimes have problems with this mission when the game isn't modded.

This is in single player. I have not tried this in multiplayer.

In the event log I found nothing marked as SR4. I have attached the msinfo32 as requested.

ATTENTION!​
If you used any older version of this mod pack, make sure to uninstall it first! The easiest way to do this is to use uninstaller, just copy it to your Saints Row IV install folder and follow the instructions.
