So I've been working on putting my own music in the game, and everything was going swimmingly. I've been using these two guides as a reference

Now I have one slight problem, my computer REFUSES to run Toad King's extractor or packer.
I've tried running them through Command Prompt, I've tried changing the extension to .exe but nothing seems to work.
I'm mediocre at best at this kind of thing so please go easy on me. I just really want some of my own music in the game.
