Using the tools XACT and towav I was able to convert audio from the 360 port to PC. I did not port *all* of the audio from console version as the console version still has some audio clips that are the exact same sample rate and re-sampling them would only make them sound worse.
However I don't recommend this yet because the console audio and consumes more memory, which the PC port handles poorly and if you do use it I recommend using the LAA gog exe, not the steam exe that only utilizes 2gb of ram instead of 4. In addition you should know that this doesn't fix the game's audio entirely, it still has this weird scratchy audio playback and the game's audio player still has issues with stereo.
This mod replaces audio.vpp_pc, music3.vpp_pc, and music4.vpp_pc. Highly recommended that you use N69's High Quality Radio Mod alongside this mod which replaces music1.vpp_pc and music2.vpp_pc.
