The two mods shouldn't conflict unless something on Erza's has changed recently.

ok thx i tested it and some upgrades still say 16 souls instead of 1 most of them say 1

If you're on a 32-Bit Windows, it goes here:
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Saints Row Gat out of Hell\

If you're on a 64-Bit Windows, it goes here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Saints Row Gat out of Hell\

If you don't have either of these directories, you may have a serious installation error called "pirateitis" and should contact an admin as soon as possible.
