Upgrading Problem

I'm not Idolninja ,but i'll try and help. Are you by any chance using a Weapon mod? If so it may have an Outdated Weapons.XTBL and you'll need to wait for the author to Update the mod or do it yourself.

to extract the weapons.xbtl file from the patch_compressed.vpp_pc file located at steam/steamapps/common/Saints Row IV/packfiles/pc/cache
Then, you need to edit that weapons.xbtl file with the same edits that were made in the one you currently have. If you do not know what those edits are, you need to ask the mod author that made those edits.
