Rusty's Needle, Crouch(Ctrl) + right arrow key
Image as Design, Crouch(Ctrl) + up arrow key
Let's Pretend, Crouch(Ctrl) + down arrow key

I haven't been able to test this mod in co-op so i haven't been able to fix any bugs related to that.
Download the attached sr4_5_city.lua and then reset your key bindings and:
Use CTRL + INSERT - To Enable COOP commands.
Use CTRL + PAGE UP - To set female animations for both players.
Use CTRL + PAGE DOWN - To set male animations for both players.
Please tell me if this fixes the animations as I can't test this in coop myself.

This did a great job of fixing the broken animations! But looking into this a bit more made me realize there's a much bigger (quite literally ;-; ) problem with having two female characters:

What seems to be happening is that the game is loading the female body texture over the male character model. It's... kinda terrifying. The closest thing we have to a solution to this currently is him having to remake his character every time he joins the game, and that's not exactly ideal.

You have to choose Gender>Female in Image As Design before you start to customize the character, in order to display female texture.

I think it just might be possible to prevent the game forcing you to a particular character on co-op join. I'm looking into it.

Yep, this was pretty easy, actually.

Revision 16 of RadioEnabler from https://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/on-foot-radio.8992/ can now do this for you

I have a problem, when I start a new game and the creation menu shows up, I create my character I play for a few secs with him then in the tutorial it changes me back to Gat, and after the tut finishes, im still Gat, and I can't find the Menu anymore nor the clothes menu, am I missing something?

You need to open them via hotkeys.

You need to remove all your current clothes in Planet Zin first.
