Vehicles from SR3 in SR4

Is it possible to get the vehicles from Saints Row: The Third in Saints Row IV?
I would really like to have the Ultor Interceptor in the game.

Good idea, I miss the Quasar and the Scrubber (and a lot more)!

The only thing I am not sure about is if it is possible to simply re-add them without removing other vehicles from the game.

I would replace the SRIV Compensator with its SR:TT counterpart...
