i dont even get the loading screen after choosing dx10&11

That is because the sweetfx i included only launches on dx9. But you will see the graphics quality is 100 times better than dx11 will ever be.

I am having a problem the game camera appears a bit zoomed having trouble while shooting
cant use dual police shotgun present in pistol slot
Does your mod work with urban warfare weapons pack V1

Don't think so. The camara.free file is the camera issue. Delete it and all is well. It's a personal preference when it comes to the camera lol.

I would need you to upload me a copy of the weapons file that you were using from the other mod so i can edit it and fix it for you then send it back to you. That is because i am not familiar with the other mod you are using and don't want to corrupt their mod,only make the adjusment needed.
